Re4 Terms & Conditions — Must be read before using the platform

1. Introduction & Definitions

Welcome to the re4 platform. These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between re4 and its members. By accessing or using the re4 website or mobile app, you are deemed to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms & Conditions.

In these Terms & Conditions, "re4", "we", and "us" refer to the re4 company and its affiliates. "Member", "you", and "user" refer to any individual registered on re4. "Platform" refers to re4's website (re4.im), mobile app, and all related services.

Re4 is an internationally licensed online betting and gaming platform built for sports fans in Bangladesh. We operate with full transparency and integrity. These terms have been written in plain language so that everyone can understand them easily.

2. Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account with re4, you must meet the following eligibility criteria. re4 reserves the right to verify a member's eligibility at any time.

• Members must be at least 18 years of age. A national ID card or passport may be required as proof of age.
• Each member may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found, all will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and truthful. Registering with false information may result in account termination at any time.
• Residents of countries where online betting is prohibited by law are not permitted to use re4.
• Your mobile number and email address must be active, valid, and registered in your own name.

For account verification (KYC), re4 may request identity documents, proof of address, or payment method documentation at any time. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until verification is complete.

3. Betting Rules

Before placing bets on re4, please take the time to familiarise yourself with the rules below. Knowing the rules will make your betting experience far more enjoyable.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or changed. Please review all details carefully before confirming your bet.
• re4 reserves the right to void any bet due to technical issues, incorrect odds, or any other valid reason. In such cases, the staked amount will be refunded.
• re4 is not responsible for any disconnection during live betting. Only place live bets when you have a stable internet connection.
• If an event is postponed or cancelled, the outcome of that bet will be determined in accordance with re4's own rules.
• Odds displayed on re4 may change at any time. The odds at the moment your bet is confirmed are final.

4. Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. Funds are credited to your wallet within seconds of deposit.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit. This is to prevent money laundering.
• Large withdrawals (৳50,000+) may require additional verification. This is done for your security.
• If you suspect any unauthorized transactions on your account, contact support immediately.

5. Bonus & Promotions Policy

Re4 bonus offers are an added benefit for members. However, each bonus comes with its own terms, and failure to meet them may result in the bonus being forfeited.

• The Welcome Bonus is available to first-time registered members only. The same individual cannot claim a bonus across multiple accounts.
• To withdraw bonus funds, the required wagering (turnover) must be completed. The specific wagering requirements for each bonus will be communicated separately.
• Bonus funds not used within the specified period will expire automatically.
• If clear evidence of bonus abuse is found, re4 may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.
• re4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time. Any such changes will be announced on the platform.

6. Prohibited Activities

Re4 is committed to maintaining a fair and equitable environment for all members. Involvement in any of the activities listed below may result in account termination and legal action.

• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets is strictly prohibited.
• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits (multi-accounting) is strictly prohibited.
• Using re4 for money laundering or any other form of financial crime is strictly illegal.
• Betting on match-fixing or pre-determined outcomes is strictly prohibited.
• Exploiting vulnerabilities in the re4 system to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Allowing a minor to use your account is strictly prohibited.

7. Responsible Betting Policy

Re4 believes betting is a form of entertainment — not a source of income or a solution to problems. We place the highest priority on our members' well-being and financial safety.

• re4 members can set their own daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
• The self-exclusion feature allows members to temporarily or permanently deactivate their own account.
• A cooling-off period allows you to take a break from betting for a set period of time.
• If re4's trained team identifies signs of problematic betting behaviour, they will proactively reach out to the member.

9. Account Closure & Suspension

Either re4 or the member may close an account at any time, for any reason.

At the member's request: You can request account closure at any time by contacting re4 Support. Please ensure you withdraw your balance before the account is closed.

re4 initiatives: re4 reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account due to breach of terms, fraud, prohibited activities, or legal reasons. In such cases, re4 will notify the member and make reasonable efforts to return any valid balance.

10. Dispute Resolution

For any disputes or complaints, contact re4 Customer Support first. Our team will respond within 72 hours.

• Once a complaint is submitted, re4 will investigate and provide a decision within a reasonable timeframe.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a betting outcome, re4's records and logs shall serve as the definitive evidence.
• If a member is unsatisfied with re4's decision, they may appeal to an international betting arbitration body.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Re4 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified via a notice on the platform and through their registered mobile number or email.

Continued use of the platform after any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. It is good practice to check this page regularly.
